The Role
At Integro, we need a Sr. AI-native Full-stack Software Engineer who builds with AI coding tools every day and ships production features end to end.
What You Will Do
- Build and ship full-stack features across portfolio onboarding, NPA tracking and litigation workflows.
- Use AI coding agents as part of your daily workflow, and review their output with a sharp eye.
- Build integrations with banking, lending and collection systems, with reliable data and audit trails.
- Add LLM features such as document extraction and legal summaries into the product.
- Own quality, performance and reliability of what you ship.
What We Need
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering (React/TypeScript and Python or Node).
- Strong SQL and data modelling.
- Real experience shipping LLM-powered features.
- Ownership and clear written communication.
