Integro is an AI-native Legal FinTech platform that automates debt resolution, recovery and the NPA lifecycle for banks, NBFCs and financial institutions, backed by a network of legal professionals across 400+ districts in India.
The Role
At Integro, we need a Sr. Full-stack AI Engineer to build the agents and applications that run debt resolution end to end, from backend to interface.
What You Will Do
- Build LLM agents and workflows for legal due diligence, notice drafting, case tracking and follow-ups.
- Build RAG over contracts, statutes, court orders and client policies, with sources and citations.
- Build the APIs, queues and front-end that put these features in front of users.
- Add observability, evals and guardrails so AI output is traceable and safe to rely on.
- Work with legal and recovery experts to turn domain rules into code.
What We Need
- 4+ years of full-stack engineering, with production LLM experience.
- Python and TypeScript, SQL, and cloud deployment.
- Experience with agent frameworks, vector search and evaluation.
- Ownership from design to production.
