The Role
At Integro, we need a Sr. Lead Full-stack AI Engineer to lead the technical build of our platform: architecture, delivery and the engineers shipping it.
What You Will Do
- Own architecture across the platform, from litigation workflows and AI agents to bank integrations.
- Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, and raise the bar on code review and design.
- Plan delivery with product and operations leads, and make clear trade-offs on scope and timing.
- Set standards for security, data governance, evals and observability.
- Stay hands-on in the hardest parts of the build.
What We Need
- 7+ years of software engineering, including 2+ years leading engineers.
- Strong full-stack and system design skills, with production LLM experience.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
