Job Title: State Head –Agency/Collection – NPA Collection
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced professional to lead Collections at the state level. The role will focus on debt recovery, litigation-led collections, enforcing legal tools etc The State Head should have excellent leadership skills, communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the collections process, and the ability to perform under pressure to meet collection targets and generate profit for company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end collections and debt recovery across the state
- Drive litigation-focused collections process and ensure effective follow-ups
- Coordinating with empanelled lawyers, litigation management and legal tool enforcement
- Onboard, train and manage external agencies
- Manage and supervise Field Team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits
- Track weekly/monthly collection performance
- Handling high value or critical accounts
- Ensure achievement of collection targets, recovery efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to process, compliance, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor performance through MIS, dashboards, and LMS systems
Requirements:
- Education Qualification: Graduate & above. LLB Preferred
- Experience: 6–10 years in Debt Recovery / Collections, preferably in NBFC/Banks
- Skills
